EDUCATION PROGRAMME :
Education Programme (AEP) has been introduced as part of NCF 2005.
AEP aims to provide young people with accurate, age appropriate
and culturally relevant information; promote healthy attitude and
develop skills to enable them to respond to real life situations
effectively. NCERT is the
implementing agency in
the trainings and activities are conducted centrally for which fund is
released to the R.Os. During
this year (2013-14) the focus should be on counseling, utilizing the
services of the Staff Nurses effectively. It is to be noted that where
AEP activities are organized effectively there may not be so many
problems related to suicidal cases, substance abuse, also problems
related to self-esteem, growing up etc.

and dealing with stress.
